Extension Digital Consultation, Terms & Conditions

Color Specialist, Extension Specialist

How to start...

New Guest:

*Complete the digital consultation form below.

*Book a consultation for a color match,  extension selection & to order you hair. ($25 cost for this visit, goes toward purchase)

*Pay your retainer fee which confirms your installation appointment.  This payment is non-refundable.  

*Select a date for your installation appointment  (approximately 2 weeks after the inital consultation. 

The First appointment includes:

*The installation of 100% human hair extensions

*Installation of extensions

*A haircut to blend hair

*A finished style and styling help

*You may be required to book a color service as well.. We will Determine this at your initial consultation

*The final price will be determined during our consultation based on you desire result and choosen method type

Maintenance Appointments:

I will need to see you every 6-8 weeks for:

*Extension removal or move up service. This prevents natural hair breakage.

*Reinstallation of extensions

*You are not required to get a cut or style at these visits, so arrive with clean, dry hair. If you would like to book additional services, we can do that the standard charge of those services.

Long Term Expectations:

*Generally you will invest in new extensions hair every 3-12 months.

*The longevity of hair varies based on how well you care for your extension hair on a daily basis at home. 

*I will suggest a hair care plan to increase longevity of your investment.

Thanks for submitting the extension form, we will get back to you within 24-48 hours  Monday-Friday.

 

OR you can book an in person consult for $35 and if you get extensions the consult fee goes towards the extensions. 1 week to decide before consult fee expires.

Luxx Locks Salon Policy's

​

Cancellation Policy:  Please be on time to your appointment to ensure the best results from Me.  A $35 fee is charged per service when less than 48 hours notice in canceling or rescheduling a service. No showing your appointment is a Luxx No No... (I understand we all get sick from time to time, if you are not feeling well please don't share the love of a cold or virus. please give me ample notice or reschedule your appointment.)

Running Late Policy:  Being more than 15 mins late to your appointment may result with less styling time than desired. And/or in needing to reschedule your appointment accompanied with cancellation fee ( see cancellation policy).  A $15 late fee per 15 mins and modification of service performed at that time. I want all of my clients to have the time that is needed and to enjoy your experience with me.
